Absolutely. While there is no ‘cure’ for ADD or ADHD, it can be managed. Our Portland Strength & Conditioning classes help you develop the tools you need to maintain focus & concentration. Our Strength & Conditioning instructors are caring and attentive to every student’s concerns. Suffering from lower back pain, neck & shoulder pain, joint stiffness, or muscle weakness will likely not prevent you from having a fun, fulfilling class.

We’re not medical professionals, so any serious concerns should be discussed with your doctor first– but we are typically able to give you alternate exercises that don’t affect pre-existing injuries and honor your limits so you still have a great experience.
